Who is responsible

Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V. (in formation), acting through its legal representative, with registered office at Ave. Manuel Gómez Morín 350, Of. PB6A-11, Col. Valle del Campestre, 66265 San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México, email admin@yuzupup.com, is the party responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Requests concerning personal data are handled by our Personal Data Department, at the address above and at the same email. This notice covers only this website and its contact form. It does not cover the YuzuPup apps: each app publishes its own privacy notice on its site and, once available, inside the app.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your name, your email address, the text of your message and the language of the page you wrote from. Primary purpose: to read your message and reply to it. There are no secondary purposes: no marketing, no lists, no profiling, no automated decisions. You provide these data voluntarily and, by sending the form, you consent to this purpose.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records the IP address, the timestamp and the page requested for each visit, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are held by the provider under its own retention policy; we do not extract, index or combine them with anything else.

We do not process sensitive personal data through this site, and we ask you not to send any: do not include health, ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, union membership, sexual preference or financial information in your message. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies and no web beacons.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets one functional cookie, yp_lang, and only when you use the EN | ES control. It stores your language choice for 12 months (SameSite=Lax) so that yuzupup.com opens in the language you picked. Your light or dark preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key yp_theme and never leaves your device. Neither is used to identify or profile you, and neither is shared with anyone.

You can refuse, block or delete both at any time from your browser: Safari → Settings → Privacy; Chrome → Settings → Privacy and security → Site data; Firefox → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data; Edge → Settings → Cookies and site permissions. Browsing in a private window has the same effect. The site works normally without them. It simply follows your browser’s language and your system’s light or dark setting.

Who else handles the data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes, and we make no transfers requiring your consent. We do use service providers that process the data solely on our behalf, under our instructions and their own contractual data-protection terms. These are remittances to processors, not transfers:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and runs the contact function; holds the technical logs described above.
• Resend, Inc. (United States), which delivers through Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES, us-east-1), sends the contact-form email to our mailbox; a copy of the message remains in Resend’s delivery logs for the period set by its own policy.
• Zoho Corporation (United States / India) provides the admin@yuzupup.com mailbox where your message arrives and is stored.

Because these providers operate outside Mexico, sending the form means your data is processed abroad. If we ever need to transfer your data to a third party acting on its own account, we will update this notice and obtain your consent beforehand; you may refuse any such transfer by writing to admin@yuzupup.com.

How long we keep it

Your message and your email address remain in the admin@yuzupup.com mailbox while the conversation is open, and are deleted at most 24 months after the last exchange, unless we must keep them to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a claim. The copy in Resend’s delivery logs and the request logs at Vercel are deleted on those providers’ own schedules, which we do not control. There is no database behind this site: we store your data nowhere else. You may ask us to delete your message sooner at any time (see the next section).

Your ARCO rights, revoking consent, and limiting use

You may at any time access your personal data, ask us to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, ask us to cancel them, or object to their processing, and you may withdraw the consent you gave by sending the form. Write to admin@yuzupup.com, or to the registered office above for the attention of the Personal Data Department, stating: (i) your name and an email or address where we can reply; (ii) a copy of an official identification, or the power of attorney if you act as someone’s representative; (iii) a clear description of the data concerned and the right you wish to exercise; and (iv) anything that helps us locate the data, such as the date on which you wrote to us.

We answer and act on your request within the terms set by the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. The procedure is free; we may only charge duly justified shipping or reproduction costs. Withdrawing consent or requesting cancellation means we stop processing your message and will normally close the conversation.

To limit the use or disclosure of your data without exercising a formal right, write “limit use” to admin@yuzupup.com: we will keep your message only for as long as strictly necessary to answer it and will not use your address for anything else. We keep no marketing or mailing list, so there is no exclusion list to register in. If you consider your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with the competent Mexican data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting the responsible party, the purposes or the recipients will additionally be notified by email to anyone with an open conversation with us. This page is the only channel through which changes are communicated; we recommend consulting it before sending the form.

Security, language and where you are writing from

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy and collects data through no channel other than the form described above. If a security breach materially affects your rights, we will inform you without delay at the address you wrote from. This notice is published in Spanish and English; in case of discrepancy the Spanish version prevails. Wherever you are writing from, we handle access, correction and deletion requests the same way.
