Product plans your team can build.
YuzuPup is a product studio in Monterrey. We bring senior product management to companies that need it now, not after a six-month hire, and we build our own apps with the same method.
Sheet index
Four kinds of work. Every row opens the request form with that sheet preselected.
Product strategy and roadmap
From an ambiguous business problem to a prioritized roadmap with the metrics that will prove it.
40→85%platform adoption, one year A-2Discovery to spec
PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release validation, so engineering builds without guessing.
~35features shipped~50%less manual work A-3UX and conversion
Research, flows, redesign and conversion work for web and mobile products.
100+SMB clients, ten years30%conversion lift, up to A-4AI features you can trust
Recommendation and decision features with rules first and learning second, validated before launch.
2apps built on itHow an engagement runs
Short, measured and written down. You keep the plans whether or not we build together afterwards.
You describe the problem, the users and what success would look like.
Interviews, data and the operational reality. Assumptions get named.
Roadmap, specs and designs your team can execute without us in the room.
We stay with engineering through release: questions, acceptance, QA.
Did the metric move? The plan says how we will know.
Track record behind the studio
Work led by the studio’s principal before YuzuPup existed, described by sector. Only figures we can explain line by line.

General notes
- Rules before models. Allergens, eligibility and hard limits are decided by rules you can read. Learning improves the rest.
- Your data stays in the building. We never sell or broker user-level data, in our apps or in yours. Sensitive data is excluded from targeting.
- Specs a team can build. Every plan ships with acceptance criteria. If engineering has to guess, the spec is not finished.
- Every plan names its metric. Before work starts we write down how we will know it worked.
- Two languages, one quality. Spanish and English, both written, neither translated.
