Terms of use
For the yuzupup.com website. Effective 21 August 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V. (in formation), acting through its legal representative, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México (“YuzuPup”, “we”). Contact: admin@yuzupup.com.
Use of the site
The site is informational. You may browse it and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit its texts, the YuzuPup name and pup mark, or other materials without written permission, and you may not use the site or the contact form for unlawful, abusive or automated bulk purposes.
Apps
Each YuzuPup app (for example Yummster) is governed by its own terms and privacy notice, published on that app’s site and, once the app offers them, inside the app itself. Those documents, not these terms, govern your use of the app.
Intellectual property
The YuzuPup name, the pup mark and the content of this site belong to YuzuPup or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Links to other sites
This site links to sites we do not control, including yummster.app and the app stores. We are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices; when you follow a link, that site’s own terms and privacy notice apply, not ours.
Privacy and minors
How we handle the data you send through the contact form is described in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. This site is not directed at children; please do not send us personal data concerning anyone under 18.
Language
These terms are published in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
