About the studio
A product studio in Monterrey, Mexico. One senior practice, with 8+ years of product leadership and 15 years of design behind it, that works for clients the way it builds its own apps.
What we do
YuzuPup does two things with one method. For companies, we bring senior product management on demand: strategy and roadmaps, discovery and specifications, UX and conversion, and AI features that can be trusted. For ourselves, we build apps that learn how people actually live, starting with Yummster. The client work keeps us honest about what ships; the apps keep us honest about what it costs to build.
How we work
Short engagements with written plans. Every roadmap names the metric that will prove it, every spec ships with acceptance criteria, and every AI feature puts deterministic rules in front of any model. We work in Spanish and English, remotely, with teams across time zones.
The company
The legal entity, Yuzupup, S.A.S. de C.V., is in formation in Mexico. Until incorporation completes, this site and the apps are operated in its name by its legal representative, and that is how the responsible party is named in every privacy notice.
